Level 3 -supports people with intermediate care needs

Level 3 Home Care Packages (HCP Level 3 or HCP3) are designed to support people who have intermediate level care needs. If you or a loved one has intermediate level care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with a variety of tasks.

With Level 3, you will receive approximately $39,310.50 per year from 1/7/2023  to use your Home Care and can choose to access the following services:

Personal care
Support cleaning
Household support
Support supported devices
Social support
Prepare a meal
Drug Administration
Nursing support
Support allied health
Shopping
Transport
Supports changes to memory and/or behavior

A Level 3 Home Care Package will give you approximately 9-10 hours of support per week, depending on what type of services you require.
