Don’t complain when looking after elderly parents

There a family with only one mother but old , is not comfortable and peaceful, children do not fulfil their filial piety.The family has five or seven sons, they still can’t support an old mother… They forget the birth and upbringing of their parents for their whole life.

Perhaps there is no one born in the world who does not know the proverb that carries the love of a mother and father, “A father’s goodness is higher than the mountain, a mother’s goodness deeper than the sea.” There are so many children who did not disappoint their father and mother’s merit with their love and support. However, there are still children who do not understand the morality of being a child who heartlessly abandoned their parents in their old age.

I don’t know if those children think about the fact that they  get old and sick one day . And do they expect their children to treat them the way they treated their parents?

We  will be old one day and it is the fact . If we want to be human, we should never lose sight of filial piety, forget compassion and put our parents aside. The kindness of parents born and raised is as high as the sky and the sea, even if we pay for a lifetime, we can’t finish it. Don’t waste or delay any second being chilly  to your own parents.

There are many people, even though they are provided with adequate money by their children and grandchildren, what if they have a large house, they still do not feel filial piety because in fact, filial piety has nothing to do with money. The two words “filial” are simply feelings, sincerity, and a caring and understanding heart. It is displaying  in our regular actions, not in denominations of paper as a unit of exchange.

Filial piety does not need to do anything great, it is important to make parents feel the love of their children for them. Parents give all their love and life to their children, but they don’t need to receive much in return, just knowing that their children care about them makes them happy.

There is also a saying: “Having an old person in the house is like having a treasure”. Be grateful that your parents are old but still stay by your side, continue to protect and take care of you. Love your parents with all your heart so that you won’t have any regrets later.
