Quan ngại Nhân đạo Tạm thời (786), (Temporary Humanitarian Concern (786)),

Bảo vệ Tạm thời (785) (TPV) (Temporary Protection (785) (TPV))

hay Chương trình Trú ẩn An toàn (790) (SHEV) (Safe Haven Enterprise (790) (SHEV)).

Tập Hướng dẫn này mang đến cho bạn những giới thiệu cơ bản về các dịch vụ và những loại trợ giúp có sẵn và cho biết bạn có thể đến nơi nào để được tư vấn. Tập sách sẽ giúp bạn tìm và liên lạc với những dịch vụ bạn cần.

Các dịch vụ gồm có:

 một số tiền trợ cấp an sinh xã hội (social security payments) chẳng hạn như Trợ cấp Đặc biệt (Special Benefit), Trợ giúp Thuê nhà (Rent Assistance) và Trợ giúp Gia đình của Bộ Dịch vụ Nhân sinh (family assistance payments (Department of Human Services))

 nhân dụng – bao gồm tìm việc làm và các Dịch vụ Tìm việc cho Người Khuyết tật (Disability Employment Services)  các dịch vụ y tế, bao gồm Medicare

You may be able to access a number of Australian Government services if you hold a Temporary Humanitarian Stay (449),

Temporary Humanitarian Concern (786), Temporary Protection (785)(TPV) or Safe Heaven Enterprise (790)(SHEV) visa.

This Guide will give you a basic introduction to the services and types of assistance that are available, and where you can go for advice. It will help you to find and contact the services you need.

Services include: • some social security payments such as Special Benefit, Rent Assistance and family assistance payments (Department of Human Services)

• employment — including finding a job and Disability Employment Services • health services, including Medicare • mental health and emotional wellbeing services (including counselling for torture and trauma)
